Our KYC process is being handled by a third party provider, Synaps.io. Customers who win a golden ticket will find the KYC link in their Golden Ticket email or on the winner’s list.

Your email is your unique identifier for the lottery process. You must use the same email address for KYC verification as the one you have used when registering on the Ignition platform and submitting the whitelist application.

The KYC procedure consists of both a liveness and an identity verification. For the identity verification process the following documents can be used:

  • Passport

  • National ID

  • Resident Permit

Driver’s Licenses are NOT accepted for identity verification.

Please follow all the instructions provided by Synaps and use clear photos and documents that are not yet expired.
